Merlin Connect in its cloud mode comes with a practical web interface accessible from any device. Simple and intuitive, the platform allows you to monitor the machinery and to access to different many features.

Through the platform it is possible to monitor all the interconnected machines, even if they are located in different plants. Through the interface it is possible to view and consult the data produced by the machinery and, at the same time, you can remotely send data, commands and programs.
Besides, Merlin Connect’s cloud mode presents many additional features that allow to obtain useful data to monitor and control the production department and the machinery even more effectively.

The Data View feature allows to:
- View the data produced by the machineries
- Analyse machine performances through customizable dashboards and diagrams
- Filter the data to sharpen the consultation

The Data Sending panel allows you to remotely send commands, recipes, data and programs from the platform to the selected machinery. Furthermore:

CONSUMPTION
Thanks to this function it is possible to detect and monitor the energy parameters of the equipment in order to obtain a cost esatimation of the energy consumption of individual machines, production lines or the entire plant. Having this data available allows you to analyze trends in energy consumption, facilitating the planning of savings and efficiency improvement strategies.
Diagrams
The diagrams show the total consumption and costs derived from all the interconnected machines.
Analytical Data
The table, which can be filtered and exported, provides analytical data about the consumption of each individual machine.
Totals
Energy consumption and cost totals can be calculated on a daily and weekly basis.
Average daily consumption
The aggregate data calculates the average of the daily consumption of the various machineries.
SYNOPTIC
The main feature for production departments: through the Synoptic, it is possible to have an overview of the state of the plants, monitor alarms and anomalies, measure performance, and analyze waste.
NOTICES
In this section it is possible to configure a series of notifications that inform operators in real time about the occurrence of specific events (e.g. alarms, work cycle completed, detection of anomalies, etc.). Notifications can be sent from the Merlin Connect platform via different channels – text message, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail – and for each event it is possible to determine the gravity level. You can also decide which operators should receive the notification and through which channel.
